Marion) in Circleville Ohio,..Found 2 nice secluded spots that resulted in some nice fishing. East side of the lake (by the camp ground), in the wooded area you can just see the Island from where I was at. I caught some small bass and a decent cat. Another area there was east of the dam back in a covey.NICED spot let me tell ya,..shadey and alot of good bites. Deer Creek State Park: Just before you get to the "marina" ... Though there is a decent lake,with a beach (for summer fun), Tar Hollow offers some nice camping,even during the deer gun season. Reasonable rates,and spaces abound.I have found Tar Hollow to serve my purpose for the tree rat hunting,and even have seen and taken some nice deer out of that park in years past.
