:Q--:
Yeah I know, you all have heard this before, but not here you havent,.. lol!

There have been some changes with this area, and some nice ones at that.
More patrols by Sheriff's Dept. and the ODNR.
I have seen some deer on the property,NOW this doesn't mean that come huntin' season they will still be there, but hey we can hope and wish right?

Also with in a mile of the property a new resident has moved in ,..2 Turkeys,..both of which looked to be Gobblers.

Now the good thing is the flooding has kept the human traffic down and theres no hunting of Turkeys in this area.Pickaway Co. is one of the counties that doesnt allow hunting of turkeys,so thats a good thing.

But heres the bad, poachers live right next to this property and they live between the fields where the turkeys travel. So all we can do is hope and pray that the poachers dont get a chance to kill of a new game in this area.

I have also noticed a few groundhogs moving into the area as well, along with a few squirrels.Doves,Geese and Ducks have been seen in the fields and with all this rain we've had it looks like they may be here to stay.

The area is located in Pickaway Co. on Rt 762,which runs off Rt 23 and Rt 104.
The property is WEST of RT 23 and EAST of RT 104,..and theres 2 parts of the property,..one sets on the North side of Rt 762 and the other on the southside. There's approx. 400 plus acres to hunt on and then you have the Scioto River to fish out of and let me tell ya,..pulled a 32 lb cat out of there 2 weeks ago after the big rains.Big Ole Snapper Turtles and Gars run amock there as well.Carp out the ying-yang !!
One more thing to add,..the river sides are covered with deer tracks and trails and signs. So theres a hint for ya if you want to scout this place out.

Ok all Look for the ratings on this area and others on the blog site.

Later :<>: HOWLLLLLLLLLLLLL !!!!
