NO I am not high on drugs or drunk !!!!

I saw a Bald Eagle while enroute to South point Ohio from Hillsboro Ohio.

I was driving east bound on Rt 50 and as I was driving along Rt 50 I saw a big bird that at first I thought was a big giant crow.
But after I got closer I could make it out better and to my surprize it was a Bald Eagle !!

White on the head and white on the tail feathers,and like dark brown to black body.
He didn't look to be full grown yet,..his wing span looked to be approx. 4 1/2 ' long.

I was able to get this pic of him,...just outside (3 miles) east of Hillsboro Ohio.
