hows everyone doing? anybody get any treerats yet?
thinking about going out sunday and getting a few squirrels

I havent started really thinking about gettin out to hunt yet,..really it is still too hot fer me,and i cant eat worms,(Wobbles),..I am hunting in a sense though.
Fer hunting spots.lol !
I have a couple to go check out this weekend,and a private land to check out for my 12 yr to hunt this year for gun season and bow.

I am hoping that the weather starts gettin cooler and hope it will be alot cooler by next weekend.
Ok onward to map out travel for Sunday.

ive only killed one , havnt even had the dog out . gonna go in the mornign with a man who has a top notch skurrl dog . will let you guys know how we did .

well he didnt get here till about 10 . so we didnt get started till late , turned the dog loose , and treed 7 times , in three hours . only found one , just to many leaves still in the trees for using a dog i beleave . we are gonna try again when the leaves are off . killed one . h

Hi Hoot,...
I was actually in S.E part today working.
I will be in The Chilicothe and Circleville area tomorrow working and stopping by Rt 138 public area.
And then on Weds. its raining and I will be getting somethings rolling for the site as far as items to get made etc.
And Thursday I will be in Ashland Ky working my way back through and to Portsmouth and then home.
I have checked out 5 tracks of old mead paper land in Athens,Vinton counties,and so far I have spotted well over 50 deer,numerous squirrels,and 2 coyotes, and 23 turkey.This was just in a 6 mile sq area.Off Rt 160 between Rt 50 and Rt 32.

Well I am sure you didnt need all that Hoot ,lol but its been awhile,so I ve been busy brother.
