Bucks are always on the move, thats why they are so hard to find lol !

But anyways,...as the weather gets cooler the crops start getting cut down, more and more deer activity will be present.
If your near a crop field (Corn,Soybean etc.),set up near the woods edge, you'll see something.
I also hear you can use bait, like salt licks etc.
But don,t go putting out apple lick in a corn field where apples are not present. It may take some time for the deer to get used to it.
I use sugar cubes and salt block in 1/4 size,...but I havent used it to hunt over, just to atract for pictures and research.

Good Luck
and Be SAFE !!!

i also have big bucks around my place . but i usualy dont see them till later in the year . now the lil ones are a different story . i turned down a smaller 8 . his rack was inside his ears . and then found him road killed the next morning , lol also had a big bodied 8 come within 15 yards of me last week ,but his antlers were as wide as his ears or a little wider but they were about as big around as your pointing finger . im not a head hunter but i wont shoot a small one early . but at the end of the year i might take a spike . happy hunting , hoot
